| 1.) Please read All

| 2.) You are responsible for
ALL of your guests and other vendors ( Florists, Bands, D.J.'s etc. )
and ALL OF THEIR ACTIONS. You are responsible for letting them
know our rules and regulations and you are responsible for paying the
extra cleaning and/or repair charges (if applicable). |
| 3.) Bird Seed, Rice, Toilet
Paper, Glitter, Confetti, Shaving Cream and any other like items are
PROHIBITED inside and outside. |
| 4.) Bubbles are allowed
OUTSIDE ONLY. |
| 5.) Ice chests, keg
barrels, band and D.J. equipment are not to be dragged across the
floor. No nails, tacks, brackets or self-adhesive tape will be
allowed on or in walls, ceilings, floors or any other material that
will deface, mar or damage a finished surface. |
| 6.) You must schedule an
appointment at least 1 (one) week prior to your event to go over the
arrangements. At this time ALL DEPOSITS & RENT MUST BE PAID. |
| 7.) Thank you for your
cooperation and understanding in these matters. Please
understand that we must set and enforce our Rules & Regulations so
that everyone will be able to enjoy our beautiful reception hall today
and in the future. |
| 8.) After you event, the
Damage Deposit (minus any additional for clean-up and/or damage
charges) will be sent to the address you have listed on the Rental
Agreement |
